Over the past month Bailey Products have been trialling an online chat function on our new mobile responsive website. Always keen to create added value and to improve the excellent customer service delivered, the Sales Team are proud to offer just another way in which potential customers can engage with themselves.

Many websites are now incorporating live chat support in order to provide real time answers rather than having potential customers leave their website unsatisfied. It is proven that real time chatting improves customer confidence and conversion rates.
